white balance
Hi - When i shoot in the blue hour, I sometimes warm up the images with white balance in C-1. Does it matter if I adjust color there or in color balance - is there a significant difference between the two? Thanks.

The two tools do slightly different things.
With white balance you have a whole range of Kelvin values from 800 to 14,000. which obviously can make a huge difference to your image. (As well as the green-magenta tint slider.)
With the colour balance tool you can't get the same range. But if you want just to make an image a little bit warmer, you can do that very easily. And also you have the option of pulling the overall colour towards anything you want not just less blue/more yellow. Plus you can affect shadows, mid-tones and highlights differently.
So really it is up to you to use whichever you find gives you the look you want. There is no "right" way.
