Capture One LE for Mac for Raw File conv/Fuji S3 capture

Hello,
I am a Mac User, shooting with a Fuji S3 shooting in Raw with a sharpening problem. Images are not being sharpened in Capture 1 LE and then in photoshop 7 not enough to get an acceptable 11x14 even, not to mention larger prints. What to do. Spending lots of money on lab artwork.
Any help would be great!

  Verify in the Preferences > Processing settings tab that the Disable is not set at Method: (You set this when using another software for sharpening.)
  
  At the Preferences > Processing > Defaults tab is the ability to set a Default Sharpening. Soft look setting is used primarily for close-up portrait work because it hides skin blemishes to some extent. Standard look is the other option available.
  
  Once set, the preference sharpening settings will display at the Focus tool.
  
  The Preference settings will be applied to all processed images from a Session if you Do Not Touch the Sharpening sliders at the Focus tool.
  Once you adjust the sliders at the Focus tab, All Bets are Off for that particular image. Either / Or is the Rule-of-Thumb here.
  
  Preference settings perform the equal sharpening upon all images.
  Sharpening at the Focus tab adjusts an individual image only, unless of course you apply the settings to other selected Thumbnails.
  
  At the Focus tab it is best analyze the Focus View Display image and not the Preview image. The Preview will show sharpening adjustments, but is too low in resolution for making critical decisions, even at full screen. The Show Focus Utility actually processes that portion of the RAW for display and analyses.
  
  Amount - how much contrast between pixels
  Threshold - the higher the # the LESS that is sharpened in the image.
  
  If all are in order here and still feel sharpening is not being applied, Please create a Support Case and attach a Fuji S3 RAW file to case at:
