LE free update - confused
As a fully paid up user of LE I've been saving my free update until I upgraded my 300D to a 20D.
Trouble is my account record on the Phase One website says I have no free update available and yet I have downloaded no updates to my knowledge. Also my account info seems to be wrong, especially the version I have.
Product Date 1st activated Nov 15th 2004 - yes
Product version 3.5x/3.6x/3.7x - no according to my about info I have version 3.5.2 (file3.5.2.61) ❗️
Product key xxxxxxx
Remaining activations 2
Free updates 0
Can anybody advise on this as I want to buy a 20D but can't update my LE software for it. ☹️

This is a case which you should write directly to us at Phase One instead on the forum, if there is any misstake we will ofcourse fix it!
Go to http://support.phaseone.com and create a support case with all licens information.0 -
