Cs3 opens but no Picture

I have just got Cs3 ..but carnt get the picture to load from capture one..Cs3 opens ok but no Photo loads....If I link it to my old copy of Cs it works fine....

Hope someone can help... 🙄

  HI-
  Please make sure you chosen the exe file to open CS3.
  Also in process tab, make sure the box to open automatically is checked.
  Consider it may be a photoshop problem and check that out as it works in CS2, (ie a clipboard issue). Create a support case with us if there still is a problem.

  Thanks for the info...Cs3 opens ok with the new beta 4 software and opens the Photo...

  Hi-
  create a support case and provide screen attachments or your set up preferences and what ever will describe the problem to look at.
