Live view auto focussing
Hi
I'm sure I'm missing something pretty obvious here but have been digging and digging looking for how to accomplish this. I'm wondering how are you meant to pick a focus point and then auto focus to it? I know about the focus meter however that seems to be only for viewing accuracy of focus for that specific point and then use the fine adjustments if necessary. Is there a simple pick auto focus point and will then focus on that?

What camera?
Just in case you have not already found it here is the reference to using Live View in the User Guide. For reference.

When you initiate the AF from Capture One, it's basically telling the camera to initiate the AF drive. You'd have to set the point in camera, as Capture One cannot change the focus points.0 -
