slow tethering MAC
We run 3 studios with the same hardware (top of the line stationary mac computers). Shooting tethered with canon 1dx cameras. Since upgrading to latest el capitan + capture 9.3 we are experiencing extremely slow tethering in one of the stations after about aprox 400 pictures. The problem goes away when we restart the computer. But returns after a while.
The interesting part is that it works perfectly on the 2 other stations. running the exact same equipment + software.
we have tried to change the camera, the tether tools cable, the usb port. And finally even the hole computer. But the problem remains. We have emptied the cache-memory etc.
The only thing we can tell is that something is eating alot of ram, and that it can only be software issue since we changed all hardware.
Have any of you guys experiences something similar? What can we do (except downgrading capture + OS)?

Have you tried resetting the PRAM and SMC? Maybe try doing a full reinstall of capture (clearing out all the associated files in Application Support as well)?
If neither of these works you can always do a full wipe of the station and that might clean any rogue 1's and 0's causing issues!0
