Preview issue after renaming
We have hit an issue that we can't resolve so hoping for some help.
Every time we rename a file, every image that we shoot after this comes up as a grey preview and the renamed file won't regenerate and becomes too pixellated to see. A restart fixes this problem but we are finding that restarting every 10 minutes doesn't lead to a good workflow.
Have dumped prefs and reloaded software a few times with no fix.
Any help (Drew??)

Sounds permissions related. Where are the files located? 0 -
We have always placed the file structure in the 'shared' user file. Our initial thought were permissions but can't find a way of getting around this.... My digi is P1 certified so we have been doing this from the start. 0 -
Perhaps it's best if you create a support case and provided us detailed Logs and System Profile. 0
