tired of the inestability of this application
does anyone else is really getting sick of the problems C1 has??
it works great for getting the best out of the P25 files, but i hate how it works. it constantly crashes, freezes, hogs memory and processor.
i am really disapointed that such an expensive software has this huge amount of problems. what i really hate the most is that this software is the only one i can use to open the files of the phaseone digital back.
i paid $30,000 and i expect a little less problems while i work!
if someone at phaseone reads this, please do somethign about it. i am tired of calling phase one mexico support and not getting any solution.
when i just bought my P25 and started using the C1 i really began to regret the purchase of it just because of the C1.
my system is G5 dual 2.5 with 4 gb ram. is this enough??? or do i have to buy a military supercomputer in order to give unlimited resources to this software that just doesnt manage to function properly??
even if the C1 just presents problems twice a day, thats a lot!!!
photoshop doesnt give me any trouble at all even when working with a lot of images and much heavier files.
please please please supply a new and fixed update!

I will suggest that you contact your dealer and bring your chrash log from your Mac - this crash log your dealer can send to Phase One and our developers most likely can figure out what is happening and this way help you.0
