The CaptureOne adjustments are save in the CaptureOne folder as .cos-files. As Lightroom can't interpret those, it's not possible to export them to Lightroom.

    Hello,

I'm currently evaluating C1 V10 as a complement to Adobe LR 5.7 and was wondering if there is a trick to getting LR to read the C1 adjustments to Raw files? I've tried exporting DNG's and raw files and then importing them in LR and have not had any luck getting LR to recognise the C1 adjustments. Is there a trick to this without converting to TIFF or JPGS?

You would need intermediate files as already mentioned.

There are 2 Export options. One is a process that just makes the original RAW file available about as untouched as it can be as a DNG or TIFF. It sounds like you have been using that option.

The other will create a file, usually a TIFF, with the C1 edits included (burnt in) and you can then use that as your "source" file for LR or some other editor if you wish.

You can do the same thing using the C1 Process recipes if that might be more convenient.

    HTH.

Did you try to work with XMP sidecard files?

I'd say load the RAW image in C1 and export to Photoshop, then load the RAW image in LR and export to PS and then you can evaluate which one looks better. You'll be continuing C1 after that test most likely 😊 If you want to load image from C1 and make adjustments like you would in LR, process the RAW file in C1 and then export to photoshop and then go to Filter/Camera Raw Filter and you can make those adjustments to the file at that at that time
