C1 8 refuse to open

    Sure we are, we've had a few cases so far this morning.

    With regard to your issue;
    Try launching the software and holding down the "Option" Key.
    Then create a new Session.

    If Capture One opens and stays open, the software is just fine. Next, locate a folder you previously accessed in the Library tool, if upon accessing that folder the software crashes, there is a corrupt file in the folder that needs to be rooted out.
    If that folder opens fine, try opening the previous Session. If the software crashes, the issue may be that session and you can use the File>Verify Session or Catalog option to repair it should that be necessary.

    That's right with the option key, I have create a new session with success 😄

    The first session is running too now without bug !!

    I keep preciously in memory this way with the option key.
