Once I import images from a folder and make my adjustments to the raw files, how do I save them back to the same folder?

  Phase One has always had the philosophy of keeping the RAW file unaltered and intact as a true digital 'negative'.
  Therefore, Capture One handles RAW image files as Read Only
  It is possible to process from the RAW images in an infinite variety.
  Once you make image adjustments, these data can be archived/saved.
  Search this Forum for .C1w and you will see threads where this has been discussed in detail.
