Capture one pro
Hi
I have just got round to testing this product, it took just a few minutes to get grips on the functions - a matter of finding everything - or so I thought.
I edited a canon RAW file and it looks really great, the software really brings out the detail and colours, but after saving a TIFF file and opening it into PS, the photo looks flat and lifeless.
When I save an image, is it saving a converted image or just a copy of the original with conversion data inside the file, which means I need Capture one Pro to see the changes made.
Any sugestions will be helpful, thanks in advance

Tim,
Start with checking your Color Management settings.
>Be sure your monitor calibration file is correctly set
>Camera Product and Profile are set automatically from meta data
>Destination (Working Space ) check setting and be sure this desired setting is what you have set at the Process tab.
>verify the embedded profile is correct in Photoshop
When comaring color in Photoshop, be sure you have set the same softproof profile used for Capture One.
Photoshop Default is CMYK and you will see a great difference in color.
