Local Adjustment with the colour editor

The colour editor will only make adjustments globaly, evan though i have a masked layer.

Have I missed something?

  Are you certain the right layer is selected, and not "background" for instance?

  Also, in the Local Adjustments tab, click on the Color Editor tool's triple-dot button and ensure that the "Adjust Selected Layer" option is ticked.
