Does open cl not work for geforce rtx graphic card in?
I'm thinking about doing a switch from Lightroom to Capture one but the processing speed in Capture one 12 is very slow. I did a test on 70 raw images in Capture one and LIghtroom, I can process them to jpegs in under 2 minutes. Capture one it will take around 5-6 minutes.
I looked in the preferences and under the Open CL tab it says "Hardware acceleration doesn't work". I have a Geforce rtx 2060 graphic card on my desktop and my laptop has a Geforce MX150 graphic card. I get the same error on both. Display and processing tab is set to Auto in preferences. Drivers are all up to date.
Is there a fix for this or is Capture one just slow to process photos? I like everything about Capture one but if the processing time will be 2-3x longer to output, I will probably stick with Lightroom.

I've got an RTX 2060 as well and open CL works on my machine. You can see the results of it on & off in the benchmark thread here: viewtopic.php?f=52&t=27609&start=90#p153087
I seem to recall other people having this issue and resolving it but don't remember the fix, perhaps someone else can chime in.0 -

Updating your graphics card drivers often sorts out these issues.

Also: try the Creator Ready Driver instead of the Game Ready Driver. At least if you plan on using the computer for work or productivity 0 -
Have you already seen this article and tried what it suggests?

Recreating the driver build that C1 instigates is always a sensible starting point.
If that does not work then see what the log files provide as information - probably getting the C1 Support Team to help via a Support Case. That's the best way to get personal technical support.
