    garmanmd,

Do you get to the window asking are you sure... ?

Where are your image files located? Do you have full read&write access / permissions to this location?

    Regards,

    kc

Yes, I get the question, and then it crashes when I answer yes. It's my personal machine, and so not aware of any permission issues. I can delete and move files all over the place.

I have the same issue with C1Pro, I have about six collections with about 1000+ images in each, and when I try to delete the collection, I am sure and click yes, C1Pro crashes.

I found it is easier and quicker to just have no collections at all, and never delete files in the cache as it takes ages for C1Pro to count down from 7000+ images on start up. The PC is very stable and I don't have any problems with any other software (Photoshop etc)

Dual Xeon 3G, 4Gig ram, 4TB hard disk space

    Cheers, Douglas

Suggest a Complete Uninstall and Clean Reinstall of program.
Be sure to update from 3.7.1 to most recent version 3.7.4

Follow Knowledge Base article on Uninstall:
    http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support ... nguageid=1

Be sure RAW file Sessions are on Local disk C: with full read&write permission ( 1 User) and this should work without issue.

Let us know how this goes.
    Cheers,

Better idea, as I couldn't face a reinstall, suspend all preview enhancement and stop Hot Folder in misc>preferences, then try deleting collections, I could delete a couple at a time before a crash...restart and then try again, after a couple of goes, all back to square one....No more collections for me

I had the same problems with C1 Pro 3.7.4 last week

I \"solved\" the problem by starting up alternative (holding right-shift) and selected the folders I wanted to keep.
