Color changes when editing in Affinity
Hello, I use Affinity Photo as a companion of Capture 1. When I click Edit to Affinity, I export as a PSF file, 16 bits, in Adobe RGB. Affinity is set to Adobe RGB to and save my modifications in the same PSD file so I can see the result directly in C1.
But the result is different, as if the color profile was not the same. Less saturated...

Your image doesn't show because
(1) the URL tags seem to be disabled at the moment, and
(2) even if they weren't, you'd need to have placed the image somewhere public such as a Flickr account, or a shared Dropbox folder. We wouldn't be able to see it on your desktop.
