How can I set to to always launch with the Recents window?

Every time I launch Capture One it opens with whatever sessions were previously opened. I've been unable to find the option to open with some sort of new Session / Catalog dialog window or the Recents window.

Second question, how can I prevent multiple session windows from opening at a time?

  Hold the Alt/Option key when launching the app. This will suppress last document and give you the Recents window.

  This is a check mark in the preferences pane > General > Catalog and Session > Open in new window.

  Would make more sense, to me, if the extra step of holding a button would recall the previous state. Or there should be a toggle option for users to decide for themselves.
