how do i make a support case?

Hi. everything is greyed out on my copy of capture one LE. it seems to be activated. How do I make a support case on the website. is there anybody I can contact.

  Quite simple,
  
  1- go to phaseone.com
  2- login
  3- click on SUPPORT (7th menu from left)
  4- click on CONTACT SUPPORT(right side of the screen)
  5- fill in the fields and click NEXT
