How to move capture one from laptop to new computer

I have activated capture 11 on my new computer. I can’t find how to move my 2018 catalog with adjustments intact to the new machine. The capture one catalog backups and the files are both on my laptop internal disk.
I want to move that entire catalog to the new desktop computer. (MacBook pro and iMac).
Guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  If you have a managed catalog (files inside the catalog) just move the catalog file, and you’re done.
  
  If you have a referenced catalog (files outside the catalog) then (1) move the catalog file, and (2) move the files to any convenient location on the new computer. When you first use the catalog the files will show as offline and you will have to tell Capture One where they are now.
