I am unable to make use of the 25 Dollar upgrade to 5. and have 4.that came with my Leica camera. Whats up?
I registered the original soft ware 4. to 4.8.2 and it does not show in my profile and the site tells me I have no products registered???? Cannot send a support Q's because of the above. When I use the promo code the cart still shows retail price????

Product registration when creating a support case is for hardware only. Skip the field.
And your profile shows the version only your have (CO 4) not the revision level (4.8.2) because there is no reason for that. All updates are free for a particular version (4.0 to 4.8.3).0
