3.7.4 crashing

    One thing to try is to start the application while holding down the left SHIFT key on Mac which will disable the Batch Queue.
    Then remove the items in the batch queue which usually in these cases are corrupted in some way. - restart -

    I was having the same problem - C1 would crash on startup - the icon would start bouncing and then it would never start.

    I opened a support ticket here and it was suggested that I unplug all external drives, delete C1, and re-install it. I also deleted ALL preferences, application support, etc.

    I did that, and it finally started up.

    THEN I tried copying my styles from 3.7.3 into the new 3.7.4 folder, and just like that, it wouldn't start up again. So, you could try moving your styles folder out and then re-creating, or re-loading them.
