ICC Profiles Missing

I just transferred my entire old mac laptop to my new MacBook Pro but something went wrong in the transfer of the C1 camera profiles. Does anyone know where they are located? Maybe I can transfer the main camera profiles I use manually from my old laptop. When C1 is running on the new computer, the ICC Profile says "no profiles available".
