White Balance Issues
Hi!
We've been trying to figure out why the white balance tool is acting really kooky. When you use the slider is seems to jump very drastically, very quickly along tonal ranges - giving strong color casts (green, cyan, etc.) instead of making slight white balance adjustments (a little bit more or less warmth/coolness, etc.). It also is very touchy when you use the dropper tool and touch a neutral white or gray portion of the image. Not sure what is going wrong, any ideas or things we should try? Thanks so much 😊

Tip: place the cursor in the WB field (either Kelvin or Tint) and hit the up/down arrow (cursor) keys for controlled and small adjustments. In combination with the Shift-key, you can make bigger steps. 0
