Refund?

I'm afraid I've lost patience with C1 - running an iMac 5k with 32Gb RAM, i5 processor and 2Gb Radeon R9 video card and it runs like a dog with 3 legs. There are several reports of similar problems on the forum and I've raised a call with support which was accepted as an issue but I've heard nothing more. PhaseOne seem to be maintaining a vow of silence regarding these issues so I'm left with little alternative but to go back to Lightroom and cut my losses. I expect it's too late for me to claim a refund but I'll ask the question anyway...so, how about it PhaseOne..?
