Express 7 crashes after update to 7.1.4
Any body else have this problem with windows 7? Have done the following but no joy. Ran DONOT_useopencl for the last item
Box showing phase one registered copy starts then asks me to Import catalogue, browse, quite when I click on an option I just get the crash dialogue box.
Hi,
This may be a result of incompatibility or unsupported graphics card drivers with the current OpenCL implementation in Capture One.
Please reference this list for supported hardware:
<http://www.phaseone.com/en/search/article.aspx?articleid=1720&languageid=1>
If your card is supported, check you have the latest graphics card drivers from AMD or NVIDIA (PC) or that your OS is up to date (Mac).
Check also you have the latest build of Capture One: <http://www.phaseone.com/en/Downloads.aspx>
If you still have issues, switch off OpenCL from the Preferences>General>Hardware acceleration (change Auto to Never) and restart the software to take effect.
If you are unable to access preferences, due to crash on start for example, then run this script to disable OpenCL:
Win: http://www.phaseone.com/en/~/media/Supp ... pencl.ashx
temporarily gone back to 7.1.3 which works fine
