Activation Issue
Hi,
My basement office was flooded with five and one half feet of water and both my desktop and laptop have been replaced. I activated Capture One Pro on my laptop several days ago. However, when I tried to activate Capture One Pro on my desktop I was notified that my activation is denied.
How do I activate Capture One on my desktop? ❓
If I am only allowed one activation, I prefer it to be on my desktop where I process most of my files.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

You are allowed 2 computer activations. In situations such as yours, you will need to create a Support Case at:
Support Website: http://support.phaseone.com
Provide Email for Profile and/or the Product Key and you will be assisted.

Hi Keith,
I have tried to contact Phase One several times and I continually receive the following message:
\"A system error occurred and the administrator is notified. Please go back and try searching again\".
Any suggestions as to how I can expedite my activation as I need to process many images from the last two week as well as this week-end.
