[9.3 sony pro] licence code invalid after entering password in profile

    Well, as you see it's the combination. When you bought your license you had to register an e-mail address + password which creates you an C1 account and is linked with your license. With these credential you can enter your account to manage your license activations. So you need to remember that e-mail address, otherwise you have to contact C1 support.

    The account that I use, is also the account which has the license, I still have the original email from the purchase. Its also the same account i am using on the forums here. (and when logged in I can see my license data)

    So i guess ill contact support. at least i have a 30 day trial again.
