Make Brush Parameters Visible
ImplementedHi, I've been a (enthusiastic) C1 user for over three years now. The rapid rate of improvement is a wonderful thing. My use of Photoshop has been plummeting as C1 handles more and more of the PS features I regularly need.
Layers and brushwork are fundamental to my daily process. In PS selected brush parameters are always visible at the top of the screen. It would be immensely helpful to be able to see size, hardness, opacity, and flow levels any time we're working with a brush.
Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Noel,
Thank you for feedback on Capture One - this is always welcomed and encouraged among our users and we appreciate the time you've taken to contribute towards the development of the software.
I have forwarded your comments and suggestions to our Product Management team as something to consider in a future release.
Whilst we cannot comment on future releases, we take all suggestions on board and hopefully your feedback contributes towards a future version of Capture One.

A permanent brush parameter display could be useful, but it should be optional, AFAIC.
It shouldn't take away space / be distracting for those who don't need it.
It would be important, though, to get dynamic feedback about changes to opacity and flow when enacted by keyboard shortcuts. Only size and hardness can be judged directly when using keyboard shortcuts.
The absence of any visual feedback (e.g., numbers being temporarily displayed at the brush cursor location) makes me wonder why the increase/decrease opacity and flow keyboard shortcuts exist at all.

Class A - I'd visualized the info being in the frame the way it is in PS, but making it optional is certainly an excellent idea.
You are correct about the problem with the keyboard shortcuts. I've set them up for all four parameters and as you mentioned (and this is primarily my issue) there's no way to tell what's going on with opacity and flow without a right-click. And then, once you right-click you can't adjust any of the four parameters with the keyboard; you have to use the mouse. :(
