    Capture One menu > License > Deactivate. Restart Capture One. Enter new license key.

    I think I need a refund, I thought there was an upgrade for I got an email that said 

    We are reaching out, because your subscription is up for renewal in May. The renewal date is: 2021-05-18.   So I purchased the Capture One Pro 21, but it looks like I already had that version, I think I did something wrong, it is not very user friendly clear on my website.  Can someone assist me please.

    This is a User to User forum.

    If you have managed to purchase an additional license rather than arranging to ensure that your subscription continues after its annual renewal point (there seems to be no real difference if you simply allow the existing subscription to expire), then you need to contact the appropriate C1 Support Team using the "Submit a request" link found at the top line of most Community pages. Or at the bottom of an FAQ article.
