Hello Capture One, please answer
I have a mac book pro i7 late 2018.
I ´m using Capture One since over 10 Years with frequently updates every Year.
Last update was from 12 to 20 one month ago.
Now after updating I have trouble because the pictures are loading very slow. Sometimes they are not loading at all.
Then I have to reboot the Computer before its working.
I never had such Problems before.
What can I do ?
If this isn't possible to Fix I want my to go back to Capture one 12 with money back.
Regards

V. 12 was very fine on my iMac machine. Many did experience
problems with v. 20. Personally, I did not experience your dif-
faculties… but welcome to the club!0 -
This is a user-to-user forum, so we are only your fellow users of the app. Possibly someone may have some ideas that could help, but you would be best to contact Capture One using the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page, and see if Support can help you sort it out. I'd have thought that you should be fine with a late 2018 MBP - mine is much older than that, and doesn't have as much RAM as it should, but it seems to be OK. So I imagine it is a solvable problem.
If you want more discussion with other users here, tell us a bit more, such as what version of MacOS, how much RAM, whether you are using catalogs (if so, how large?) or sessions, etc, etc.

First try with the latest build, 13.1.2, available today. Verify your session or catalog. Build a new session or catalog if verification does not help.
Let us know if you need more help.
