    Hello, 

     

    You are best to use the submit a request function, this is the community area mainly populated and read by users. You are unlikely to get a response from Capture One staff here. Since this is the community area I would edit your post to remove your licence key number and email.

    You may also be able to help yourself by logging into your C1 user account and going to license management. I assume that you have used up all activations (up to 3 for Pro), because after the crash at least this activation is still active and can be reset / freed in the license management.

    Hello,

    As Okular said, if you go to licence management, then you can reset the licences, this I think can deactivate licences from old computer and then you should be able to use the key you have on the rebuilt computer.
