annotations no showing
When my client is sending me the files I can't see there annotations in capture one 20 why? They are using the say capture as me

They were possibly not included!

I think, Robert, that displaying them is for the viewer only
and that they won't be included in a conversion or export.0 -
Just to tell that here are two possibilities : the annotations were not added in the export by the client, or they are not displayed when viewed after reception.
