Try going to the menu  Windows > Workspace then load the Default Workspace to see if anything changes. I donpt know what you see in Express. The tabs may be the same but the tools in the tabs different.

"Layers" is a tool not a Tab in Version 20.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi

I only have the options " Event Log and activity on the windows " under the window tab.

On video tutorials the layers section is shown under the exposure above HDR, Levels and curve, I have those options but no Layers

    Thanks

    Al

Can you confirm what you mean by "just downloaded the upgrade"? Still the same version - i.e. Version 20? (Or Builds numbered 13. something.)

Did you pay for the change of license from Express to one of the fully functional versions and get a new activation key?

If you were already running V20/13 all you really needed to do would be to use License Management to de-activate the Express License and then re-activate with the new non-Express activation key you have just bought. That should work for whichever release level of V20 you already had installed.

If that is not what your update process involved then we had better start back there.

As SFA explained, please be aware that the Express and the upgrade (paid) software is the same. There is no need to download and install. If you did, no harm, but no change either.

You switch to the upgrade version by de-activating the Express mode and activate the upgrade mode with the license key that you bought from the upgrade.
