C1 13.1.3 with Photoshop 2021 no EDIT/OPEN with option

I just updated my windows Photoshop to 2021 and now my edit/open with no longer displays Photoshop.  I look at the plugin and photoshop is not listed and no option to add it to the list.  How do I fix this issue?  Is anyone else seeing this on their Windows 10 (fully patched) pc?  Need help as this is my busy season and dont need this added stress.   If do edit with and browse, I can navigate to Photoshop 2021 and it will open but Photoshop 2021 is not in the Context menu.

    I seem to have retained my plugins, but I have heard that some people have had some issues with plugins disappearing.  You could try the procedure below and see if it works.
