Raw vs. PSD - colors
Hello!
When I open my raw files in PS for editing, the images seems to loose some colors. The highlights especially. When I compare the raw file with the PSD file, the PSD file looks a little pale. I haven´t done any color correction.
See example on dress and necklace: It´s only a screen shot so the colors looks wrong, but you can still se the difference.

Where did the PSD file come from? What software created it, and with what adjustments?

From Capture One, I rightclick on the rawfile and choose "edit with PS", what I can se there are no adjustments..

So Capture One has created a PSD file. When you choose Edit With ... PS, you get a dialog box, and one of the things you can select in that is the ICC profile for the PSD file. You could experiment with different choices there and see if it makes a difference.

the question is how is the colormanagment set up in ps and what proof settings do you use in c1 ?
