Has your version 20 license suddenly stopped working too?

I have been using ver20 from the beginning of its release. Suddenly would not work. Tried reactivation. Initially shows as valid license, retrieve my profile and it suddenly becommes an invalid key.

Go into purchase history and its there but go into license management and there is no sign of my version 20 license.

I suspect a major stuff-up that could be affecting a lot of users.
