File send file to edit in photoshop and back to capture one with best quality

Hi, I shoot Fuji in raw mode, I would like to know wich is the best form to export to Photoshop and then back to capture one without loosing quality or mantain highest quality.

Some go to the option (edit with photoshop) and then export TIFF and others PSD, and then go back to capture one. Which way is best? thanks.

  I usually go edit with photoshop, tiff ,  the quality is excellent with smaller file size at 16 bits. Be sure when the box comes up hit adjustments and select " disable all " for sharpening. this caused me problems in the past.
