where is the Learn button?

I am new to Capture One 21 and cannot find the Learn button!!

    Start Capture one version 21...

    Right click toolbar (capture one ) -> select menu item-> Customize toolbar 

    Drag and Drop "learn" icon to toolbar

    click done
