Problem about when I Sign in CAPTURE ONE PRO 21

Hello team.

I am Leica SL user. Im so happy to make tethered system for SL2.

I want to use trial ver. capture one pro21 14.0

So I've joined in official site as my email address.

After I tried sign in program but It gives me message "We can't Find your account."

How can I do that??

Im using Macbook pro OS catalina 10.15.7
