Upgrade 20 into 21
I'm retired a few months ago and my company is closed.now I like to change my licence as a privat user with a little different email.
In the beginning I used the capture one 20 for my company. now I'm private and the software is not needed in my company, but I will use the software private now.
Is it correct that I must first deactivate my licence and then I can renew it by using my private account?
