Capture One 21 - no thumbnails for import

Since I have updated from Capture One 20 to Capture One 21 I am getting no thumbnails for import images (all of them are .tiff files). Is there any solution?

  That's odd, seems to work fine on my system. Have you tried regenerating previews? Have you had a look under preferences at image preview size, thy changing the preview size and see if anything changes. Are you using catalogues or sessions? Some screen grabs would be helpful.

  Hi, I am having the same problem. Did you find a solution? 

  Regenerating preview isnt working for me.
