C1 20 & Nikon Z6 Tether

I am using C1 20 on a MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.2.1.

I am trying to shoot tethered from my Nikon Z6 but C1 will not recognize the camera. From what I can tell, this camera/version combo does support tethering. Or perhaps I'm misunderstanding something. I've tried the troubleshooting tips (removing card, new USB-C cable, using different ports, allowing C1 access through Accessibility options) but to no avail. 

Suggestions?

  Which version of Capture One 20? You need to be on 13.0.4 or later.

  Try downloading the latest version of Capture One 20 (13.1.4). It is to be found on this page: https://www.captureone.com/en/account/download/previous
