Better Dual/Multi Display support: Handle font size reliable from Windows 10 settings

It seems to be a problem since some years now.
Please check your support for multi display support.
Profs do have more than one monitor.
I place the main preview on a 4k monitor.
The is one FullHD monitor for the explorer/thumbs
and one for the floating tools.
In Windows 7 this was working perfekt.
In Windows 10 Capture One is not able to handle
font sizes in titles etc reliable.

Floating tools are overlapping each other and to other monitor.
Histogramm and Navigator tool are overlapping from main to other monitor by chance
when Capture One restarts.

This is a very poor bug and behavior.
