Choosing the center of a vignette
Not often are the subjects of my photos centered - rule of thirds, etc.
I would like to be able to choose the center of the vignette I put on my images. (As in Luminar.) If this capability is already in C1, my apologies. Could you point me toward a tutorial that shows this. Thank You!

The vignette tool does not have the capability to move the centre (neither can you influence the feather nor the size).
As a workaround, that should not be necessary, you can use a radial gradient mask.
