Improve support for DNG 1.4 (DJI Mini 2 drone)

Hello,

I'm facing issues developing DNG files from DJI Mini 2 drone, as it seems that some features of DNG 1.4.0 are not fully supported. In particular, there's a vignetting and a color cast, compared to other RAW decoders such as Adobe ACR, Affinity Photo and RawTherapee.

I used Exiftool and found the following opcodes:

% exiftool -args DJI_0064.DNG -groupNames -EXIF:OpcodeList3
> -EXIF:OpcodeList3=FixVignetteRadial, WarpRectilinear, GainMap

Could it be that some are not implemented in Capture One 21?
