v21 issue with importing to Photo shop

Hello,

I have just upgraded to C1 v21 from v20. I can no longer edit in photoshop. I can only open it in photoshop. I want to use the "edit in photoshop" as I did in v20.

Currently, the activity bars shows that it is exporting, but then nothing happens.

 

Please help!

    Are you running in the same machine with the same Windows installation?

    Can you open the file directly in PhotoShop?

    When you try to use Edit With does PS appear as an option but not respond? Or do you not see it as an option at all? If you do not see it as an option have you tried browsing to you instance of Photoshop and setting that as a preferred program that may be used with the Edit With command?

    I am running on the same  Windows Installation.

    I can use “open in / Photoshop 2021”. This opens the image in Camera Raw

    When I try to “Edit with / Photoshop 2021” The activity bar slowly fills to 100% then disappears without opening the image in Photoshop. There is a little spinning icon that shows that it is working but disappears when the activity bars disappears. Photoshop does not open.

    “Edit with / Photoshop 2021” is an option, it is not greyed out, works fine with C1 v20

    Any Ideas?
