Problem update c1 21 mac os

I have a problem with update 21. I installed the update, the key went through normally. Accepted. "thank you for your improvements" Now I have to do it over and over again. What am I doing. not so. MAc OSx Catalina. I copied the app to the programs. I have installed. What is going on?
