Hmm.
You have a couple of options via the"Export" function or, so long as you are not running a free "Express" version, through Output Recipes.
The On-line User Guide would be a good place to start.
Or use the Community Search function which will find the User Guide sections that are relevant to the words you search for as well as official FAQ articles and any topics that have come up in the Forum.
But start with the User Guide - or the links in the menu items (and advanced tool tips if you are using V21.)
