how to import an Aperture library to create a managed library in C1?

I'm trying to migrate from Aperture > Capture One 21. My Aperture library is referenced on an external drive. I can import it > C1 as referenced files, but i want to import it so that it is copied into the C1 catalog (i.e. I want to create a managed library in C1).  I see that option is available for importing images, but can't see how to do it for importing an Aperture library. What do I need to do?
