Problems Connect Sony 7C to Capture One (Sony) 14.2.0

Hi.

I am not sure if I miss something, but recently (a week ago), I change to Sony from Canon, so I did subscribe for Capture One (for Sony) and today, I try to connect my 7C camera for tethering, but the camera not showing at all.

I try every possible option from the camera menu and combination of PC remote or USB settings s and so far, no luck.

Can anyone help or give me a tip on what I am doing wrong. I can't find a solution anywhere.

  I am having the same problem, with no solution. I literally just got a sony 7C to shoot tethered.
